Twenty years
on the line.

I cook the way I was taught — slowly, with respect for the ingredient and the people eating it.

After a decade in restaurant kitchens across Toronto and Montreal, I went private. These days I cook for small rooms, weddings, and the occasional kitchen I've been asked to fix.

Everything starts with a conversation, an Ontario farm, and whatever's good that week.
